This story is often titled The Goldilocks or The Goldilocks and Three Bears. It's interesting to note that older versions feature an old woman or a fox as an intruder into the home of the three bears.
It's not a fairy tale by definition but a cautionary tale and illustrators presented it as such for many years but recently a cut girl with golden hair prevailed as the protagonist and some changes to the text were made to bring her character closer to the audience.
If you wonder how the same story is on the edge of the 19th and 20th centuries, visit Walter Crane's version of The Three Bears. But here we are dealing with Frances Brundage's illustrations.

Once upon a time, there was a cute little girl with golden hair. Yes, she looked nice but she was actually pretty bad-mannered.
One day she came to the house in the woods. Goldilocks didn't know who is the owner. If she knew, she would probably be more careful.
In the house, three bears were living. They had very explicit names: Big Bear, Middle-Sized Bear, and Little Bear.
Goldilocks wanted to know what was inside the hose, so she checked the door. It was unlocked and she entered. The room was empty but the table wasn't.
Just a few minutes ago the bears made themselves some porridge. It was too hot to eat so they decided to take a short walk. They certainly didn't expect an intruder.
Goldilocks didn't hesitate. She immediately noticed the porridge and decided to taste it. The porridge from the largest bowl was too hot. The porridge from the second bowl was too cold. The last bowl of porridge was just right, so she ate it.
Her hunger was gone, so she wanted to explore the rest of the house. In the next room, she found three chairs.
She tried the chairs. The first was too high. The second was too broad. The last chair was just right.
Goldilocks jumped on it so intensely that the chair broke down. After so much action Goldilocks became tired. She went upstairs to check the bedroom. There she found three beds.
She tried the largest bed but it was too soft. The middle-sized bed was too hard. The smallest bed was just right.
Goldilocks went into the smallest bed and fell asleep.
Right after that, the bears returned home. The Big Bear noticed that somebody tasted the porridge in the big bowl. The Middle-sized Bear noticed the same for the middle-sized bowl.
The Little Bear was the most disappointed of all. The small bowl was empty!

Then they found out that somebody was messing with the chairs.
Again, the biggest and the middle-sized were moved but the smallest was destroyed!

The bears went to the bedroom. It was obvious somebody was experimenting with beds as well.
The big one was a mess. The middle-sized was a mess.
The smallest one was a mess too but somebody was still in!

The noise made by the bears woke Goldilocks who was scared of furry faces looking at her. She jumped out of bed and escaped through the window.
She ran away at full speed and she never came back to the house of the bears. We certainly hope they learn to lock their door from then on.
This is how a cautinary tale looks like.
